Standard Delivery: Order values of £29.99-£150.00 delivery = £6.95
Orders less than £29.99 delivery = £2.95
All orders over £150 = FREE Delivery

All orders placed before 3pm are despatched from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
"Free Delivery" means free standard delivery to mainland UK destinations, normally charged at £6.95. Free delivery applies to all UK mainland addresses.
A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by our courier services. Goods must be in stock. For goods that are out of stock delivery can take up to 3 weeks. Please note that orders are sent by Royal Mail. They take approx 7 working days to be delivered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
Orders placed after 3pm, or 5pm Mon-Thu, during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.
Orders that contain pre-order products (i.e. not currently in stock) will be shipped as soon as all products are in stock. If you would like your products shipped as soon as stock is available, please contact shop@miagifts.co.uk; a separate P&P charge will apply to each despatch.
Please also note that during busy seasonal times of year (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details in the unlikely event that you'll need to allow extra time for delivery.
Mail orders paid for by cheque will be held for 7 days to await clearance.
Returns
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty or defective, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
